Urgent Medical Care

Improving the quality of care for children

Searching for medical options to correct a medical condition is vital for the sustainability of the world’s youth. However, offering surgeries and healthcare is only the start. The foundation provides tutoring, advancement knowledge through mentoring, rehabilitation support and advocates for higher education in our beneficiary’s school of choice.

Who would have thought anyone could help solve the medical mystery of Hussein Balhas, an 8-year-old boy from Lebanon? But somehow we did [See the CBS News Story]. The ALO Cultural Foundation coordinated massive effort on behalf of the Hussein. His case is one-in-a-million, but his question challenges all of us. How can we turn away from a boy who has miraculously survived and only wants a normal life?

This remarkable story is but one of the many children that are left to survive in the world; most without real, tangible help and guidance. It is the goal of the Foundation to intervene on behalf of those who can help free themselves from the fate that has been dealt to them. This is another program that turns disabilities into abilities.

If you know someone who is in need of severe care, please download the Urgent Medical form.
