How to Refer Someone in Need
Help Us Help Others
To refer a child, orphan or someone physically challenged anywhere in the world, please use one of our online forms to make your recommendations. We look forward to making those special dreams come true in just a few simple steps.
Help us empower those in need by giving us as much information as possible, we can move faster to tailor guidance and support within one of our programs. The heart dances when you see the difference in self-esteem once we begin to turn a disability into an actual ability. Our Forever Wish and Urgent Medical Care Programs are the genesis of a better tomorrow allowing happiness to emerge in the middle of often difficult circumstances. Our dream to deliver smiles that resonate into the future as well as today.
Three Simple Steps
1. Recommend
If you know someone in need, please download the appropriate form and return it to us soon as possible. Nearly half of our new friends and beneficiaries are referred to the Foundation. Please refer children, orphans and the physically challenged between the ages of five and 18.
2. Assessment
Based on the information provided we can consult with the recommend person(s) and their family or caretakers. Each case will be initially addressed by our passionate case workers either via telephone or in person. We can determine medical eligibility after speaking with the physician of record. In the case of Forever Wish eligibility, each case will be reviewed individually and assessed based on talent matches, passion and empowerment by our METHAL coalition.
3. Creating a Promising Future
Each ALO ambassador has a Rockin’ Heart that is pour out to the people we help. Their single reward is turning the disability of each case into an ability. Once selected, every person we help receives intensive treatment—whether medical or mentoring or both—through a specialized custom experience. Our proficiencies elevate the spirits and aptitudes of everyone we help.
